Presented with their first-ever virtual recruitment cycle, the brothers of Alpha Tau banded together and successfully recruited four new members to join their ranks.

Our four new brothers come from diverse backgrounds and have immersed themselves in a wide variety of campus activities.

First among the Fall Upsilons is Rayan Bhorania. Rayan is the latest California export to join the chapter, and he hails from Los Angeles. A Mechanical Engineering major concentrating in aerospace, Rayan is an incredibly diligent worker who took over 20 credits this past semester. When Rayan’s not hitting the books, he is actively participating in his project team, CUAIR, while also maintaining responsibilities as a Becker House Active Citizen and a Kessler Presidential Scholar.

Next is Ben Grass. Ben follows in the footsteps of recent graduate Andrew Faber '17 and is the latest comedic genius to entertain the brotherhood. Originally from Wilton, Connecticut, Ben is a Computer Science major who is involved with the Skits Sketch Comedy group and the Spikeball Club. Furthermore, he is conducting research into the technique of foveal rendering.

Daniel Kim brings a medical mind to the chapter and much more. Daniel is from Great Neck, New York, and he has entrenched himself as a core member of Cornell University Emergency Medical Services (CUEMS). He also partakes in paintball on campus and is an avid SCUBA enthusiast.

Finally, Ethan Rozin rounds out the new member class. Born and raised in Staten Island, New York, Ethan matriculated to Cornell to pursue a major in Applied Economics and Management. An entrepreneurial mind, Ethan has already founded two startups and is involved with Men’s Club Volleyball, Alpha Fund, and Diversity on the Street.
